Prices follow the Senora Priority service list. Before booking, Senora confirms the pricing unit, taxes/surcharges (if any) and terms for your flight. Business lounge access applies only when the relevant service is booked; visa assistance excludes visa fees. All immigration and security assistance follows airport procedures.

What does Fast Track include?
Depending on the airport and confirmed arrangements, services may include meet and greet, guidance through procedures, assistance getting around and coordination at handover points. Lounge access, airport transfers and baggage assistance are quoted separately when requested.
Do you serve my airport?
We serve Noi Bai (HAN), Tan Son Nhat (SGN), Da Nang (DAD), Cam Ranh (CXR) and Phu Quoc (PQC). Send your flight details so Senora can confirm the package, terminal and meeting point.
How far in advance should I book?
Contact us as soon as you have your flight details so there is time to confirm arrangements. For last-minute requests, please call directly; availability must be checked for each flight.
What if my flight changes?
Tell your Senora contact as soon as you receive your new schedule. Changes, waiting time and additional fees follow the terms confirmed at booking.
Can mandatory procedures be skipped?
No. Passengers must carry all required documents and complete mandatory procedures. Processing time depends on actual airport operations; Senora does not guarantee a fixed number of minutes.
